Karachi: The beleaguered residents of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) have expressed their grief and demanded action against DHA and Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) for their gross negligence in not creating and/or maintaining a proper civic infrastructure for the residents, in spite of collecting high amounts of charges and taxes. According to sources, residents of all phases of DHA have made some demands out of frustration over the situation.
