PM Imran Khan addresses NADRA Inheritance certificate issuance ceremony

Addressing the ceremony of issuance of the NADRA Inheritance Certificate, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Overseas Pakistanis had to come to Pakistan for Inheritance Certificate. Records can be kept safe, land registry and other record files were lost or burned in the previous system. Chairman NADRA hopes to make it as easy as possible for the people.
Efforts are being made to enable overseas Pakistanis to cast their votes through e-voting. Overseas Pakistanis are running the country with the help of 9 million Pakistanis living abroad. We will bring an e-governance system. In the case of e-voting, the opposition will accept the results.
Legal heirs will be able to get a certificate from NADRA in 15 days without resorting to courts. The move will reduce the burden of cases on the courts and the heirs will get their legal rights soon. He had to come to Pakistan for the certificate, now it can be obtained abroad with biometric verification. Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have also adopted these laws in their provinces. Punjab has fulfilled all the legal requirements in this regard. NADRA centers in all the districts are authorized to issue inheritance certificates.
