KARACHI: A smart lockdown directive has been issued in various UCs due to increasing cases of corona virus in the western district of Shar-e-Quaid. The District Health Officer of Gharbi District Karachi issued an emergency letter to the Deputy Commissioner Gharbi directing smart lockdown in Gadap, Kemari, Baldia, and Orangi UCs.
