India: At least ten Indian paramilitary personnel and the driver of the vehicle they were travelling in were killed in a blast in the Indian disturbed state of Chhattisgarh.
The personnel belonging to the District Reserve Guard (DRG) were killed when an improvised explosive device planted by the Nexal guerrillas went off when they were conducting a cordon and search operation in Aranpur area of Dantewada district.
Explosives had been planted on the road the vehicle was moving in which ten personnel of the DRG force and the driver of the vehicle were killed, the police said.
