100 people died in northern India

Over the last three days 100 people have been killed by unusually heavy late monsoon rains which have submersed streets, hospital wards and resident houses,Indian officials.

Dozens of boats are running rescue services on streets overflowing with destroying rain water in Patna, the capital city of eastern state of Bihar.

At least 30 people have been died across the state and another 60 in neighbouring Uttar Pradesh state since Saturday, officials of indian meteorological department and more rain predicted, weather experts warns that  September could end as the wettest in more than a hundred years.

Patna alone has recorded some 226 millimetres (8.9 inches) of rainfall since Friday,” Bihar disaster response official M. Ramachandru.It has also been raining heavily in southern India and in the western state of Gujarat.

The annual monsoon usually lasts from June to September in india but this year all is going in unnatural way.

Indian Meteorological Department predicted excess rainfall across 15 states, this year’s monsoon will end as the wettest since 1917, the mass-circulation.
