For the first time, Pakistan is hosting teams from countries including India, Palestine, UAE, Jordan, and Bangladesh coming together to participate in the 22nd BFAME Championship organized by the Pakistan Bridge Federation (PBF). Previously, championships have been hosted in Jordan, Dubai, and India.

It is worth mentioning that after a hiatus of twelve years, Pakistan is hosting its third BFAME championship in 2023 with international teams.

As a trick-taking card game, Bridge uses a standard 52-card deck in its basic format and is played by four players in two competing partnerships with partners sitting opposite each other. Akin to games like Chess and Draught, Bridge is the only card game that is included in the World Cup, Olympics, Asian Games, and other local tournaments. Every year, millions participate in the sport worldwide through clubs, tournaments, online, or with friends at home making it one of the world’s most popular card games.
