61 Pakistanis deported by US, Greece authorities reach Islamabad

52 Pakistani immigrants, deported by US authorities reached Islamabad International Airport through a special flight in stringent security. According to immigration officials, 53 Pakistanis were to be deported but one Pakistani immigrant could not come in Pakistan after he fell ill while the other 52 reached Islamabad Airport.
US security officials were protecting these Pakistani immigrants who had been deported.
After landing at airport, they asked Pakistani officials to take all those people into their custody that were arrested by US police being involved in different crimes.
Senior official of Federal Investigation Agency said that deported Pakistani immigrants were allowed to go after verification of their travel documents.
Similarly, 9 illegal Pakistani immigrants deported by Greece authorities have also reached Islamabad Airport through a special flight.
All those illegal immigrants were also taken into custody at airport and later shifted into anti human trafficking cell of FIA.
FIA official said that deported immigrants have been put in jail for further legal inquiry because they went Europe via land route and later Greece officials held them. These 9 illegal Pakistani immigrants deported by Greece authorities hailed from Gujrat and they will be shifted to FIA Gujranwala for further legal inquiry.
US officials had launched a crackdown against foreigners who stayed in US despite expiry of their visa and deported Pakistanis were also among those who stayed in US after expiry date of their visa.
