Lahore, 1st April: Passengers lading at the Karachi Airport tested positive for the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, 98 passengers landing at the Karachi Airport on Thursday have tested positive for COVID-19.
As per our reports, most of the passengers reached Karachi from the UK and South Africa.
After the tests conducted, the UK-variant coronavirus was detected in 11 passengers arriving at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.
The National Command and Control Center (NCOC) has decided to impose a ban on travellers coming from abroad in view of the third wave of coronavirus.
The health department said that a temporary ban on the entry of C-category nationals into Pakistan should be placed with an immediate effect.
According to the details, the Sindh Health Department has released the statistics of the report on coronavirus cases from December 22, 2020, to March 30, 2021. The four-month report said that 98 coronavirus cases have come to light.
