4th October 2020: The Iraqi-American entrepreneur, beauty blogger, MUA and founder of Huda Beauty, Huda Kattan has announced to step down as CEO.
Accoprding to reports, Huda Kattan and has reportedly announced her successor to lead the popular cosmetic-brand/line. She has named Kristo, an employee that was serving as President for the North American division as the new head.
As per sources, Kristo joined HudaBeauty in 2018 and prior to her role, she had working experience at top cosmetic labels such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup and etc. More of business, marketing and advertising updates at Adcave.
Reportedly, Kattan will still be in charge of the creative side of the business. Kattan founded the brand ten years ago, and never planned on leading the business herself.
She explained in the video below how she became a beauty mogul, by accident:
