Karachi, 5th October: Siraj Qasim, President, Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has expressed serious concern over the current situation in the country.
Baaghi TV: The President of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, while talking about the situation in the country, said that we have a meeting on the first Sunday of every month in which big businessmen and industry owners participate.
Siraj Qasim said that the business community is very worried about the talk of sending Nawaz Sharif abroad as well as closing down the country and disturbing the law and order situation in the country.
Speaking further, Siraj Qasim said that foreign investors are very much afraid of what will happen in the coming days (in the country) with regard to investment.
He expressed concern that Nawaz Sharif will continue to sit outside and threaten the institutions and the Pakistan Army, then why should the investors waste their money in this country.
It seems that these thieves are not being punished, rather are being imposed on us again.
In his audio message, Siraj Qasim said, “Can we consider these thieves as our leaders? Can we consider Fazlur Rehman as our leader? Can Asif Zardari be our leader who looted the wealth of Nawaz Sharif and other countries with both hands?
This can never happen, he said, adding that if the Pakistani army has to bring back the same people, then this country is yours to do whatever you want and run it. We will take all our wealth from here.
Then the blackmailers like Nawaz Zardari, Asfandyar Wali and Fazlur Rehman and looters of national wealth will run their own businesses. We have no business here.
He said in a very painful and sad statement that the ISPR should loudly and clearly state that these people will not be brought back or their return will not be paved. The nation and the business community are deeply concerned about this. These reservations should be removed and the country should start praying for a better future.
