Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslin League Nawaz (PML-N) leader, Mian Nawaz Sharif, while talking to a Baaghi TV correspondent in London said that the Karachi incident is a clear example of the ‘State above the State’ narrative.

According to the details of Baaghi TV, former Prime Minister said that the leave application of Sindh Inspector General (IG) and other senior officials of the Sindh police is a proof of rebellion against the constitution.

Speaking to Baaghi TV in London, Nawaz Sharif said that he also shared the letter of Additional IG Police Sindh in his tweet on Twitter and said that what happened in Karachi is a clear corroboration of the ‘State above the State’ narrative.

Nawaz Sharif once again lashed out at the Pakistan Army, saying that they have mocked the powers of the elected provincial government.

Furthermore, the PML-N maestro said that my claims proved to be true and whatever I say I support it with facts and I know all the circumstances. Nawaz Sharif further added that I will continue to play these roles as long as I am alive and this is my only mission.

In response to a question, Nawaz Sharif said that the arrest of Safdar was a revenge as I was exposing the insights of the state.
