CM Inaugurates the Orange Line Train

Lahore, 25th October: Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar inaugurates Orange Train today.

Baaghi TV: Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar inaugurated the Orange Train, which is planned to start from tomorrow. Asim Saleem Bajwa and Chinese ambassadors are also participating in the event.

As per reports, 26 stations have been set up on the 27 km track. The train will run from Dera Gujran to Ali Town with a fare of Rs 40. 

24 elevated, 2 underground stations have been constructed. The train will run from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Two Orange Line trains were inaugurated today. One was inaugurated by the Punjab government and the other by the PML-N. 
The N-league inauguration of the Orange Line train took place at Anarkali station at Jain Mandir Chowk in the presence of Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Khawaja Saad Rafique and Malik Pervez.

The project agreement was signed between Pakistan and China in May 2014. According to PC 1, the train project was to be completed in 27 months, but the project has been accomplished in 60 months. Construction work on 11 Orange Train landmarks was halted for 16 months.
