“We will work with any leader who has the confidence of the Americans, but this confidence can only be given to a candidate whose success is recognized by the rival party or whose results are legally justified,” he said. ۔
Putin said he was ready to talk to any US leader, calling the Kremlin’s decision not to congratulate Biden a “formality” and saying that not congratulating Biden would affect relations between the two countries.
