Islamabad, 26th November: Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson makes it clear that no proposal to recognize Israel is under consideration.

Baaghi TV reports say, Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez while giving a briefing said that Pakistan’s policy towards Israel is very clear, no proposal to recognize Israel is under consideration.

He said that the visit of the Prime Minister to Afghanistan was important and Pakistan will continue to play its role for peace and stabilizing Afghanistan. Lasting peace and stability in Afghanistan is in the interest of the region.

Zahid Hafeez said that Indian army martyred 14 Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir in November and more than 300 Kashmiris were extrajudicially killed in the last one year. India cannot suppress Kashmiris’ spirit of freedom through atrocities.

The UN Secretary-General has also been apprised of the situation in Occupied Kashmir. Serious human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir have also been confirmed by international organizations.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez further said that the Foreign Minister is leading the Pakistani delegation to the 47th Foreign Ministers’ Meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. During the visit, the Foreign Minister will highlight human rights violations by India in occupied Kashmir.

Foreign Minister will also discuss the issues of Islamophobia for inter-religious harmony. Media and communication blackout is being carried out by India in occupied Kashmir.
