Rawalpindi, 3rd December: Supreme Court of Pakistan takes a memorable decision to protect an institution founded by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

According to Baaghi TV, the Supreme Court today made a decision on securing a historic institution that was founded by the founder of Pakistan himself.

It was the institution which had provided healthy young leadership in the early days of Pakistan’s existence, but now it is being made a scapegoat for political aspirations.

Two years ago, the Supreme Court imposed strict restrictions on the actions of the Rawalpindi administration, which has been lagging behind the Pakistan Girls Guide Association for the past few days.

In its decision, the Supreme Court had directed the Punjab government through the Advocate General to expedite the issue of payment of Girls Guide Headquarters and to collect the lease at the price fixed by the court.

It was also stated in the decision that it is being said that this area is 13 kanals and 18 marlas but in reality this area is 10 kanals and 12 marlas and lease should be taken accordingly.

The court said that no one has the right to interfere in the affairs of this institution in future and also ordered that the same principles should be maintained in determining the price of this place and it has been decided before the court.

The Supreme Court, at the request of the Girls Guide Association, had strongly reprimanded the commissioner and deputy commissioner of Rawalpindi and said that the Punjab government had disobeyed the court order to please someone.

A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed started hearing the petition at the request of the Girls Guide Association.

Justice Azmat Saeed said that the wall of the building of Girls Guide Association was demolished, which comes under the contempt of court. Deputy Commissioner said that we did not give the order to demolish the wall. Ayesha Hamid, a lawyer of Girls Guide Association, said on that occasion that they are committing lies in the court.

Justice Azmat Saeed asked if the wall of the building collapsed itself or through some external forces? He told the Deputy Commissioner that he was not qualified for this responsibility.

Justice Azmat Saeed said that you will be issued a contempt of court notice and from here you will be sent straight to Adiala Jail. Ayesha Hamid informed that the wall was demolished on April 15 on the call of Sheikh Rashid. The lawyer representing the Punjab government’s replied that now the wall has been built in one night.

Justice Ejaz-ul-Haq said that the Punjab government disobeyed the court order to specifically please someone. The court adjourned the hearing of the case indefinitely due to ill health of the lawyer.
