In the wake of Corona Virus, Sony TV administration has decided to shut down the popular and internationally famous sitcom, “The Kapil Sharma Show”.

Baaghi TV: The ever-loved comedy series, “The Kapil Sharma Show”, is equally popular in Pakistan as is in it’s originating country, India. Pakistani comedian ‘Naseem Vicky’, has also remained a part of the show.

The Kapil Sharma Show was not only liked by the public but is also quite celebrated among Bollywood stars, though unfortunately, as the lock-down following the pandemic has influenced the wider business, the crippling financial status of the Kapil Sharma Show has also suffered a huge loss.

According to the Indian Press, not only fewer films are being made due to the pandemic, but the risk of it’s spread has also drastically cut down the audience numbers. Due to less films out in the market, the show has suffered a lot in terms of its promotion, therefore, they have decided to hold off the show from February onwards.

“The Kapil Sharma” team, however, announced that the show will commence as soon as the situation normalizes.

Nonetheless, it has been reported that the show’s host ‘Kapil Sharma’, has formed a contract with Netflix, which might postpone the show from getting aired anytime soon.

Some reports also claim that Sharma would continue the show on completion of his contract with Netflix and that the show would incorporate certain changes as well.
