the principal demand for parity of salaries has been endorsed in the recommendations of the secretaries committee to grant one 20% allowance to employees of the Federal Secretariat.

OMG officers condemn the harsh treatment of the Federal Government employees protesting for their rightful demands and call for the release of employees arrested by the authorities. the offices of bsh17 to 22 retired that the demands expressed by the protesting staff have the principle support of the recommendations of the secretaries committee which pattern to Federal Secretariat employees of BS 12 to17.

Moreover, officers in bs17 to 22 working the federal secretariat are as aggrieved due to the prevalent disparity of salaries among various govt. organizations as the staff in bs 1 to 16.therefore attempt to exclude officers from consideration shabby appropriately protested in the strike moment officer stand in solidarity with the staff and demand that the government considered the rightful demands of the employees and not Resort to any sort of violence of force against them.
