Sindh government spokesman Barrister Murtaza Wahab’s statement on OGRA’s anti-people policies

February 14, 2021: Barrister Murtaza Wahab commented on OGRA’s proposals. He said, “These proposals are causing panic among the people. Rs 16 increase in petroleum products is nothing but to put the people in trouble. The elected government is bent on ending the relationship between the body and the soul of the people. The increase in the price of petroleum is an anti-people move. The irony is that the price of petrol is being increased every fortnight.”

He said, “The incompetent government is making the livelihood of the people more difficult by increasing the prices day by day. The people are paying the price for the captain’s “looks”.The country’s economy has been sluggish, but PTI members say the captain is handsome. The uncontrollable rate of inflation is forcing the people to run. The rising cost of petroleum products is directly affecting the people. The PTI has given the people nothing but misery, anxiety, inflation, oppression and barbarism.”
