March 12, 2021: According to the report of Baaghi TV, the case of Usama Satti murder was heard in the anti-terrorism court in Islamabad.
In the Usama Satti murder case, the police again sought time to submit the challan of the case. Anti-terrorism court judge Shah Rukh Arjumand heard that the five arrested ATS employees were produced before the court as accused by the police. The challan could not be submitted even today, they requested for more time, the accused removed the terrorism provisions and submitted applications for release on bail.
The plaintiff’s lawyer said that the verdict in Barrister Fahad Malik’s murder case is ahead, the provisions of terrorism cannot be removed.
