Non-natives and Afghans with travel documents will be allowed to leave Afghanistan after August 31.

According to the details, the Taliban assured 100 countries that they would be allowed to leave Afghanistan even after August 31. Following this, a joint statement was issued by the countries.

Conforming to reports, the list entails the United States, Britain, France, Germany, NATO, and the European Union. China and Russia are not included in the list.

Additionally, US National Security Adviser, Jack Sullivan, says: “Taliban have assured us that if any American stays in Afghanistan, he will not be trapped there”.

An emergency UN meeting on the fall of Afghanistan will be held today.

It should be noted that an emergency meeting of the United Nations on Afghanistan will be held today. 5 permanent members of the Security Council with NATO power will participate in the conference. 

The French president stated, they would help the people who want to leave Afghanistan, in alliance with Britain under the supervision of the UN. 

Additionally, he claimed, talks with the Taliban to evacuate Kabul did not mean acknowledging them.
