Lahore: Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ecommerce Gateway conducted inaugural ceremony of PTCL Business Solutions ITCN Asia – Pakistan Tech Festival today at Expo Centre, Lahore. The Inaugural ceremony attended by, Mr. Peng Zhengwu, Consul General of China in Pakistan, Mr. Ehsan Choudhry, Senior Vice President PCJCCI , Mr. Farhan Anis, Vice President Ecommerce Gateway and Mr. Salahuddin Hanif, Secretary General PCJCCI.
While inaugurating the festival Mr. Peng Zhengwu, Consul General China appreciated the IT products being developed in Pakistan. He said that in the digital era where innovation and technology serve as the primary vehicle of sustainable and robust development, Pakistan is eager to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation with China in quantum computing, robotics, AI, Cloud, and Big Data. He also appraised the service portfolio of PTCL, UFONE and “Made in Pakistan” on various products. He wrote “Masha Allah Pakistan” on comment wall which was placed at the Festival.
Mr. Ehsan Choudhry, Senior Vice President PCJCCI said that this exhibition is an opportunity for the entire techonolgy ecosystem of Pakistan along with the leaders from the public & private sectors to gather under one roof to exchange their diverse thoughts and contemporary ideas with each other.
Mr. Farhan Anis, Vice President Ecommerce Gateway said that various companies participated in this exhibition which includes; NETSOL, SYSTEM PVT. LTD, PITB INCUBATION WING, SAMSUNG, LENOVO etc. Around 200 international brands with a focus on Business Solutions, Cloud Solutions, Fintech, Enterprise Solutions, Ecommerce, Digital Governance, Edtech, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), along with 25,000 foreign visitors participated in this tech festival.
