Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan says that he is ready to go to jail but the current steps of the government are not possible without the support of the establishment.

In an exclusive interview given to BBC Urdu after the police attempted to arrest Imran Khan on Tuesday, he alleged that the attempt to arrest him was fulfilling the promises made by the establishment on the occasion of the appointment of COAS to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

However, while talking to the BBC about these allegations, the relevant authorities have said that all these allegations are ‘baseless and based on lies’.

Imran Khan said that the current government cannot do anything without the support of the establishment and he regrets that today the army and the country’s largest political party are being brought face to face.
