Former Federal Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was arrested by the police on Thursday.
Under the leadership of DPO Dera, he was arrested by the police and transferred to an unknown location.
Ali Amin remained inside Peshawar High Court Dera Ismael Branch for about five hours.
All the cases in which the police were wanted have been acquitted, the lawyer said.
