In Justice Faiz’s case, the Supreme Court of Pakistan decision has been reserved on the request to withdraw the judicial curatorial review.
A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on the government’s request to withdraw the curatorial review against Justice Qazi Faizaisi.
The Chief Justice held an in-chamber hearing on the government’s request. In which Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan and Advocate on Record Anees Muhammad also appeared in the chamber.
The Attorney General gave arguments, on which the court said that the decision has been secured, the decision will be issued soon.
The court reserved the decision on the request to take curatorial review in Justice Faiz case.
