All the cases scheduled for hearing before Bench No. 1 of the Supreme Court today have been delisted, for Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial will not be able to hear the cases due to illness.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Athar Minallah were the part of CJP’s bench. At least 12 cases were scheduled for hearing before the bench.
“The cases were delisted on account of unavailability of the CJP due to ill health,” the spokesperson for the Supreme Court said.
