Police authorities have arrested senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former provincial minister Fayyaz-ul-Hasan Chauhan.
On the other hand, according to media reports Police authorities failed to arrest Sheikh Rasheed.
It has been reported that Fayazul Hasan Chauhan was arrested outside a private hotel near Liaquat Bagh.
Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi has been arrested from Islamabad.
As per social media reports, Qureshi was arrested by law enforcement personnel.
Asad Umar has already been arrested from Islamabad High Court premises.
In late November 2011, Qureshi announced joining the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) at a rally in Ghotki.
On 4 December 2011, he was appointed as the first Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf as its parliamentary leader in National Assembly of Pakistan.
In 2016 intra-party elections, Qureshi was re-appointed as the Vice Chairman of PTI, which is considered one of the three senior most positions in the party.
He was re-elected to the National Assembly from Multan in 2013 Pakistani general election on the ticket of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
Earlier in a video message, Qureshi expressed his fears about Imran khan’s life under NAB custody.
