PML-N leader Hamza Shehbaz has said that those involved in the May 9 attacks in the country should be brought to justice.

“I am also a political worker for the last 22 years. We surrendered […] but we never attacked army installations, we never attacked General Headquarters […] if this is the name of politics, then burying this is our national responsibility.”

Hamza Shehbaz has said that May 9 will forever be known as a “black day”.

“Imran Niazi, you have broken the hearts of the mothers of [our] martyrs […] that is why May 9 will forever be known as a black day. That is the difference between fitna, fasaad and the country’s development.”

Speaking to the media in Lahore, has said that Pakistan was indebted to the brave warriors who had lost their lives to protect the nation.

“The events of May 9 have broken the people’s hearts and this cannot happen that a few thousand people play with the rights of the people of this country,” he said.

He said that on May 9, Jinnah House was burned down while air bases in Mianwali and Sargodha were attacked.
