Jamaat e Islami on Thursday rejected the results of the mayor and the deputy mayor of the Karachi local bodies council after PPP Murtaza Wahab got 173 votes and Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman got 160 votes.
Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman talking to media said that PPP stolen the mandate of Karachi and JI will go to courts and also consider the option of protests.
JI Amir Sirajul Haq said JI will observe Friday as black day against the alleged rigging.
