India: A video, which went viral on Monday, shows a group of young Hindus, occupying the lower berths of a train, chanting Hanuman Chalisa even as an elderly Muslim man offers namaz on the upper berth.
The short clip of the incident has divided netizens with some claiming that the group deliberately chanted Hanuman Chalisa loudly to disturb the man’s prayers. Others have opined that the group appeared to be towards the end of Hanuman Chalisa, implying that the man must have begun his prayers mid-way into the religious hymn.
