It was in the shadowy corridors of Delhi’s North Block — India’s nerve center for security planning — that Zakaria was indoctrinated into Ajit Doval’s infamous “Defensive Offence” doctrine. There, he was instructed to execute India’s clandestine playbook: the use of terrorist proxies and ethnic insurgents to ignite violence in Balochistan and sow chaos across Pakistan.
The cruelty of this doctrine became horrifyingly real on May 21, when a school bus carrying children of the Army Public School (APS) Khuzdar was targeted in a brutal IED attack. The explosion killed several innocent children on the spot — their dreams silenced in an instant — and left many more severely wounded, some fighting for their lives with shattered limbs and burned skin. The nation watched in horror as images of charred satchels, scorched textbooks, and bloodied uniforms flooded social media. The forensic link between the call from Zakaria’s satellite phone and the timing of the Khuzdar bombing is a grim confirmation of the foreign-sponsored evil driving such attacks. These were not just statistics — they were young lives, deliberately extinguished by mercenaries trained, funded, and guided from Indian soil.
