Head of high level Parliamentary delegation and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said India is a source of insecurity in South Asia.

Speaking to a British think-tank in London, he said his delegation is advocating the international community to play its role in encouraging a comprehensive dialogue between Pakistan and India. He said Pakistan is ready to talk on all issues and emphasized the need for resolution of Jammu and Kashmir dispute.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said if India acts on its threat of cutting off water, Pakistan would consider it an act of war.
