Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control and the world over will observe the Jammu Martyrs’ Day, tomorrow, (Thursday) to reaffirm the resolve to continue the martyrs’ mission till the realization of their inalienable right to self-determination.
The forces of Dogra Maharaja Hari Singh, Indian Army and Hindutva RSS fanatics in different parts of Jammu region had martyred hundreds of thousands of Kashmiris while they were migrating to Pakistan during the first week of November in 1947.
On the other hand, posters have appeared in different areas of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir urging the people to pay tribute to the Jammu martyrs on their martyrdom anniversary.
Every year Kashmiris, living on both sides of the Line of Control (LoC) and across the world, mark November 06 as the Jammu Martyrs’ Day to pay homage to the victims of the Jammu massacre and reiterate the resolve to continue the mission of their martyrs till the achievement of their inalienable right to self-determination.
