Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says Pakistan stands shoulder to shoulder with Qatari brothers in advancing the shared vision of secure prosperous and interconnected region.
Addressing a ceremony in connection with the National Day of Qatar in Islamabad, he said strategic partnership between Pakistan and Qatar is multifaceted and dynamic, spanning energy security, trade and investment, and vibrant people to people contact.
He said investment of Qatar in Pakistan’s infrastructure, real estate, and renewable energy is helping our economic revival.
Shehbaz Sharif appreciated Qatar’s role for repeatedly opening doors for dialogue, help defuse tensions and encourage reconciliation with the noble aims of fostering peace and stability in the region and beyond.
