Patience and perseverance were the topics of discussion today on the Iftar transmission hosted by Mubasher Lucman. The renowned anchor said that patience is very important in our lives and as a Muslim we have to be patient. Prophets suffered great difficulties and mountains of troubles fell on them, but they persevered and continued the mission.
All faced these hardships and endured them. We are commanded to work patiently. In the same way, he said, “Allah is with those who are patient. Indeed, Allah is with those who are patient.” People are at a loss, but not those who believe and do good deeds, they preach the truth and persevere.

Today’s guest SP Dolphin Police Ayesha Butt said that our journey is full of difficulties. Patience is the key to success. “When I took the exam for the first time, I could not be achieved my merit, despite my best efforts,” she said which was a big blow to my hopes but I continued my journey again and did not give up, and so my attempt in 2013 succeeded.
Similarly, referring to the police, Mubasher Lucman said that the condition of the UK police has deteriorated over the last ten years, while the Punjab police and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have improved a lot. Although there are still many shortcomings there is an improvement too.
Najam Sheraz from London said that in the UK now the call to prayers which is the Azaan in the mosques has started again now. So we should be very thankful to Allah for this and our responsibility towards Him also increases.
