According to the report of Baaghi TV, the MI-17 helicopter of the Indian Air Force has crashed.

According to media reports, the Indian Air Force helicopter MI-17 had to make an emergency landing in the Maktang area of Sikkim due to bad weather, due to which the helicopter crashed.

It has been reported that an army officer aboard the helicopter is injured and 6 soldiers are safe.

The Indian Air Force helicopter was carrying four Air Force and two Army personnel.

Two helicopters had been dispatched to the crash site after the accident was reported. An army team has also been sent from a nearby unit and rushed the injured to a hospital.

An Indian Air Force helicopter was on a flight from Chatan to Maktang in Sikkim when it had to make an emergency landing due to inclement weather.

The Indian Air Force has ordered an investigation into the crash.
