Lahore, 8th May: During the pandemic crisis, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has stepped forward and donated safety kits to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).

According to the report of Baaghi TV, NDMA has donated 100,000 security kits to Pakistan’s national airline PIA.

The kits provided to PIA by the NDMA include protective clothing, masks, and spectacles. The kits will be used by PIA personnel during the flight.

CEO PIA Air Marshal Arshad Malik thanked Chairman NDMA General Afzal for donating the goods.

PIA announced special flights to/from the US

Arshad Malik said that all the national institutions are engaged in the service of the country with full solidarity and unity, the donated goods will help a lot in keeping the PIA staff and passengers safe.

It should be noted that PIA is playing an important role in bringing back its compatriots from abroad in difficult times.

Due to the lockdown, air service has been suspended by most countries. However, through special flights of PIA Pakistanis are being brought back.
