According to details, former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was invited to Kashmir as a special guest in a tournament organized by the Indian Army.
The Indian Army forcibly gathered a large number of Kashmiri youth in the ground to show the world that the situation in the valley has returned to normal, as soon as Mahendra Singh Dhoni entered the ground a few young people in the audience started chanting Boom Boom Afridi slogans.

As soon as the Indian Army tried to silence the youth chanting the slogan, the slogan spread on the tongues of the youth all over the field and Boom Boom Afridi, which was mentioned in the whispers of a few youths, became a slogan all over the field.
Hearing the slogan, the Indian Army officers began to show signs of distress, but the Kashmiri youth did not lower their voices and tried their best to reach the ears of every Indian present there.
It may be recalled that Shahid Afridi had made a statement against the ongoing atrocities by India in the occupied valley in Azad Kashmir, after which there was a strong reaction from Indian cricketers. Harbhajan Singh and other Indian players announced to end their friendship with Shahid Afridi.
