DG ISPR denies Indian Media claims

Thursday, July 2nd: DG ISPR, Major General Babar Iftikhar, has denied all false claims made by Indian media and slammed them for promoting “unauthentic and fake news”.

News of additional troop deployment in Gilgit Baltistan and the Skardu air base being used by China is circulating in the Indian media.

News circulating in Indian electronic and social media claiming additional deployment of Pakistan army troops along LOC in Gilgit Baltistan and alleged use of Skardu Air base by Chinese forces is false, irresponsible and far from truth.

According to DG ISPR, no such movement or induction of additional forces has taken place. ISPR also vehemently denies the presence of Chinese troops in Pakistan.

DG ISPR, Major General Babar Iftikhar, denied all claims on his twitter account as well. Naming them false and irresponsible news reporting.
