Friday, July 3rd: According to the report of Baaghi TV, in the emergency situation of Coronavirus, Lahore police prepared a security plan for Jumat-ul-Mubarak.
Lahore Police is ready for security of places of worship and worshipers, DIG Operations Ashfaq Khan said that police officers and personnel should remain alert, keep a close eye on the suspects. Implement SOP’s in Imambargah and places of worship.
DIG Operations Ashfaq Khan further said that police officers should be in touch with mosque committees and administration to ensure SOP’s. Children, the weak and the sick should perform their religious duties at home instead of in places of worship. DIG Operations Shafaq Khan further said that Dolphin Squad, Peruvian teams and police vehicles should conduct effective patrolling around the places of worship. Checking of suspects and vehicles on entrances and exits of the city should be ensured.
