Riyadh: Saudi officials have settled a financial dispute between the heirs of a private company and a foreign employee. The company will pay 871,000 riyals to the heirs of the foreign worker.

According to the Saudi website, the Saudi Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare settled a financial dispute between the parties by obliging the private company to pay 871,000 riyals to the heirs of the deceased foreign worker.

The Riyadh Branch of the Ministry of Manpower said that a financial dispute was going on between the private company and the heirs of the deceased Arab worker, and several meetings were held to resolve the dispute.

The parties agreed to settle the dispute through conciliation and the details of conciliation were discussed.

Eventually the parties agreed to a conciliation decision. According to this, the company concerned will pay 871,000 riyals to the heirs of the Arab worker.

The Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare has made it clear to the parties that the plaintiff can file a suit against the online company which will be heard online, the dates and times of the hearing will be fixed and the parties will be taken to court.

The Ministry of Manpower has assured locals and expatriates that neither the employer nor the employer will be allowed to merge.

According to the ministry, no institution, no matter how powerful, will be allowed to get its hands dirty on the rights of the employees or delay in paying the dues. Every institution will be questioned within the ambit of law.
