E-Court System Introduced in Supreme Court of Pakistan

For the first time in Pakistan, Supreme Court is now hearing cases through video link.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosa lead a three-member bench comprising Judges Mazhar Alam Khan and Sardar Tariq Masood who heard cases through E-court System.

Through this system, the lawyers from supreme court Karachi presented their cases through video link.

Chief Justice of Pakistan appreciated NADRA for their efforts in designing the system which he believed will save time and money of lawyers and provide speedy justice to the people of Pakistan.

For now, E-court System will be available in apex court’s Islamabad and Karachi registry.
