After termination of Air India pilots from August 13 onwards, some pilots have filed applications in the Delhi High Court (DHC).
According to the details of Baaghi TV, Air India pilot went to DHC to bring on record the decision of national airline not to accept the withdrawal of their resignations.
On the matter of termination of pilots, Air India had clarified that 57 pilots seeking greener pastures had resigned from the services of the airline citing financial constraints.
The Indian national airline said in a media statement, “The fact of the matter is that these pilots, seeking greener pastures, had resigned from the services of Air India citing financial constraints.
Justice Jyoti Singh on Wednesday issued a notice to the airline on the four fresh pleas before her and sought the airline’s response to them by next week.
The court also issued notice to the airline on the modification applications moved earlier by other pilots who had wanted directions to Air India to accept withdrawal of their resignations.
