Baaghi TV: The Bombay High Court has said in its judgment that the Modi government has used the Tablighi Jamaat in India as a scapegoat to hide its incompetence.

Bombay High Court quashes criminal cases against 34 people. Of these, 28 are foreign members of the Tablighi Jamaat. The court ruled that political governments was trying to make others scapegoats during any epidemic.

It may be recalled that the Modi government had set up criminal cases against foreigners by calling the gathering at Nizamuddin, the center of the Tablighi Jamaat in New Delhi, the cause of the spread of Corona in the country.

It should be noted that all these people had joined the program of Tablighi Jamaat of Hazrat Nizamuddin Center in Delhi and an FIR was registered against them on the same charge.

A bench of Justice TV Nalwara and Justice MG Sewalkar of the Aurangabad Bench of the High Court heard three separate petitions. It was filed by people from countries such as Ivory Coast, Ghana, Tanzania, Benin and Indonesia.

All the petitions were registered by the police on charges of allegedly staying in separate mosques on the basis of intelligence and praying in violation of lockdown orders.
