Lahore, 31st August: Important meeting between the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Al-Maliki and Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi is underway.
The Saudi Ambassador called on Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today. The two discussed bilateral relations and the visit of Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan to Pakistan.
According to Baaghi TV sources, the Saudi Foreign Minister will visit Pakistan soon. In the meeting between the Saudi Ambassador and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, important consultations were held regarding the visit of the Saudi Foreign Minister to Pakistan.

This is the first meeting in which the Saudi ambassador has met the foreign minister after Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s statement on Saudi Arabia. Earlier, the Saudi ambassador has met with important personalities.
After Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s statement on the role of Kashmir in Saudi Arabia, there was a state of tension between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, but Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Saudi Arabia to ease out the tensions.
Qureshi visited China and made a statement during his visit that Saudi Arabia has a long-standing friendship and strong ties with Pakistan.
