According to the report of Baaghi TV, MoU has been signed between Minhaj-ul-Quran International and Punjab Tourism Corporation. TDCP will provide tourism services to students of Minhaj-ul-Quran educational institutions.
MoU was signed between Minhaj-ul-Quran International and Tourism Development Corporation Punjab. A special ceremony to sign the MoU was held at the Central Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. The MoU will benefit students of hundreds of schools working under the supervision of Minhaj University Lahore, College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences, Minhaj Women College and Minhaj Education Society.
The MoU was signed by Ashfaq Dogar, Manager (SLBS) on behalf of TDCP and Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Nazim-e-Ala on behalf of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. Deputy Nazim-e-Ala Coordination Engineer Muhammad Rafiq Najam, GM Malik, Syed Altaf Hussain Shah, Noorullah Siddiqui, Jawad Hamid, Mazhar Mahmood Alvi, Chaudhry Irfan Yousuf, Sedrah Karamat, Ayesha Mubashir besides College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences, Minhaj Women’s College were present in the meeting. Representatives of Minhaj Education Society and Minhaj University and directors of various departments of Minhaj-ul-Quran International also participated.
Talking on the occasion, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that tourism has a deep connection with peace, where there is peace, tourists from all over the world will come. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the Founder and Patron of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, has rendered commendable services for the promotion of peace. Minhaj-ul-Quran’s services are behind the peace that is seen in Pakistan today. He welcomed TDCP Manager (SLBS) Ashfaq Dogar and his delegation on their arrival at the Central Secretariat.
Speaking on the occasion, Manager (SLBS) Ashfaq Dogar said that the whole world appreciates the role played by Minhaj-ul-Quran International in promoting peace. We are happy that TDCP will be with Minhaj-ul-Quran International to highlight the soft image of Pakistan. He said that in order to highlight the historical and tourist significance of Lahore, TDCP has launched double decker bus service which is a center of interest for students and families.
