Conversion of 15000 schools on solar energy in Punjab

LAHORE, Sep 17 (Online): As many as fifteen thousand schools are being converted to solar energy throughout Punjab province.
According to official of energy department eight thousand schools have already been shifted to solar energy in the first phase.
Work on alternate energy projects is also underway to generate 27 megawatt power.
