A girl sexually assaulted by a police officer in Gujranwala
Lahore, 21st September: A woman who approached for a case was sexually assaulted by the police officer.
According to Baaghi TV, a woman in Gujranwala has been raped by the police officer to whom she went to register her complaint against a harasser.
A 23-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by a police officer in Gujranwala under the pretext of an inquiry.

According to the FIR submitted by a resident of Gujranwala’s Aziz Colony, some youngsters abused verbally the man’s daughter on her way to a pharmacy.
According to reports from the Express Tribune, the man said that despite calling 15, the police helpline, a number of men barged into their residence later and tortured his wife and also tore down her clothes.
It was stated in the FIR that a police officer visited their residence, saying that ASI Mubashir would arrive shortly for inquiry.
Accused arrested for attempting to rape teenager
The complainant alleged that ASI Mubashir asked him, his wife and son to leave the room of their residence, saying that the ASI had entered a room of their house at around 10 pm and left it at 1 am.
Mubashir left their house saying that his inquiry has been completed. Later, the complainant’s daughter told him that the ASI had raped her and threatened to be quiet otherwise he would kill her.

She said that the police officer has harassed her brutally with marks on her body. The girl has been shifted to a hospital for further medical examination.
She pleaded that the police have also not registered the case, as the respective DPO told her to withdraw the charges, assuring that the suspect would be held accountable.
Meanwhile, Punjab Police Inspector General Inam Ghani has sought a report on the incident from the officials concerned.
