BEIJING: A new wave of the coronavirus has erupted in the Jilin city of China. According to Baaghi TV, the northeastern Chinese city of Jilin has partially closed its borders after a local coronavirus cluster came into being. New cases in the city have raised fears of a second wave of disease in China. Jailan, a city of more than 4 million people, suspended bus service on Wednesday, saying it would only allow residents to leave the city if they had tested negative for the coronavirus in the past 48 hours. The indefinite period of ‘Strict Isolation’ will be followed. The local government said in a statement that all cinemas, indoor gyms, internet cafes, and other associated entertainment venues should be closed immediately, while pharmacies should report all sales of fever and antiviral drugs.
