Citizen portal app is initiative to send public issues directly to Prime Minister.Upone the command of Prime Minister Imran Khan FBR gets special category in citizen portal app making it easy for public. Federal Board of Revenue officially requested Prime minister house to alot a special category to FBR in citizen portal mobile and computer app. With the new feature people will easily file their complaints to FBR chairman from citizen portal, every complain agaisnt FBR officials will be directly send to FBR chairman. Prime Minister Office issued a notification in this regard.The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Syed Shabbar Zaidi here on Tuesday said that the PTI led government was ready to accept all valid demands of the business community.
