Standing in solidarity with the military they have expressed that retired officers and young men of the nation stand with the Pakistan Army and its COAS, General Bajwa. We are proud of our Army and will not accept any blame placed on the soldiers or the officers of the Pakistan Army.

The retired officers have questioned, “Is this the army of Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq?” Attempts are being made to divide the people and the Army, those who are referring to the Army as traitors are themselves the defectors.

Brigadier Zahoor has said that while political differences are respectable, now the matter concerns our home, and openly calling our soldiers traitors will not be allowed. Zia Rasheed questioned what message does Imran Khan want to give to the families of the martyrs, who were beheaded? Does he want to tell them that this is the Army of Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq? This is not so. We will not allow any civil war, all retired personnel stand with the soldiers, officers, and chief of the Pakistan Army.
